This is an amazing practice that has helped me immensely with the sudden hearing loss I had… More experienced a few days ago. I had called a number of audiologists near my local suburb but none of them had any slots available, and were not willing to squeeze me in despite the seriousness of my symptoms. I found Edgecliff Hearing via a google search because I wanted to know if my situation was as bad as I had read in articles. Their website stated that they would accommodate you straight away if you are experiencing sudden hearing loss. I phoned them to book a slot for a hearing test, which they had initially set for 2 weeks away since they were fully booked. When I mentioned my symptoms they were able to book me for a slot on the same day. We had to drive 40 mins to get to their clinic in Edgecliff but it was worth it. Danielle checked my ears detected that I had hearing loss at low frequencies on my right ear and said I should see a specialist. The best part about the team is that they went above and beyond with their service by referring and booking me for an ENT appointment on the same week. Thanks very much Danielle and Natalie for your assistance! I highly recommend you practice.Edit: When I had my ENT appointment I had a follow-up check with Merren who is part of their team and she was also very warm and comforting during my second hearing test. She confirmed that my hearing has recovered which has given me great relief and peace of mind.
