1. Choose your Hearing Aids
- Select your hearing aid.
- Order and pay for your hearing aid online securely using your credit card or PayPal, or call 9327 8280 to arrange payment.
- If you can’t find the hearing aid you want to trial, then contact us and we’ll source it for you at the lowest possible price
- Every hearing aid trial includes a 30-day money back guarantee upon return of the aids within the 30 days of fitting.
2. Contact Us for an Appointment
- Once you’ve contacted us we can make an appointment to fit and program your hearing aids
- You can choose a fitting appointment at our Edgecliff, Bella Vista or Campbelltown hearing clinics in Sydney.
3. Fitting Appointment
- At your 1 hour fitting appointment your audiologist will test your hearing then custom fit your new hearing aids.
- Your audiologist is skilled at optimising comfort, sound quality, and making sure your chosen aid is suitable for your unique hearing.
- If the hearing aid needs to be changed during the trial to better suit your needs, then this is arranged at no extra cost to you.
- We recommend a Review appointment 1-2 weeks after the initial fitting to make sure the fit in your ear and sound quality is satisfactory.
- You will given a box of 60 premium hearing aid batteries at the end at the final appointment.
4. Congratulations – you have New Hearing Aids
- Your purchase includes a 30-day money-back trial, 1-year of service & 3 year manufacturer warranty, free membership to the Edgecliff Hearing Battery Club – which provides batteries and accessories at the low prices and free postage for product over $25.
- As a customer of Edgecliff Hearing, you are welcome to come back for fine-tuning of your hearing aids.
